Haven't even tryed how it works, but just having it in there is huge plus Very awesome thank you! EDIT okay now i tested anddd how it works? ai cars don't follow the line xD If make decal road then they drive on decal and don't wanna drive on this (i used ctrl + L) or do i need to reset the whole game for it to affect? no decal road on that i spawned cars manually no clue what im doing
I couldn't get it to work, either. I import the decal roads, and AI roads/nodes show on the map. It doesn't seem to make any difference if they are edited. Is there any documentation about this editor?
And it needs an option "import chosen decal road" as when u press "import all" it rly does that and all the manually made ai thingys are gone and if u changed speed of the nodes it resets those speeds too. + Ai traffic don't follow manually made nodes and don't spawn anywhere without decal road
What are you trying to do? I find for better control of AI, I prefer to use decal roads. Set all your actual decals to driveability of -1 (so AI doesn't use them), then put decals with no texture (invisible, not the orange no texture image) where you want AI to drive. They then use those. That's what I did for Somerset when I wanted them to drive on the left. Maybe I've misunderstood what you're doing though.
I want AI to spawn automatically to certain areas and continue going using whatever and would not want them to hit to obstacles around...with decal roads ive made those though now i saw this "ai editor" i deleted all the decal roads from my map :////
I'm not trying to do anything specific. I just saw that the AI Editor button suddenly appeared in the World Editor and wondered how it worked.
well it's not there anymore after the patch me thanking now sounds like a sarcasm, but i didnt mean it like that and the tool itself would help a lot. Even in this stage maybe could change the road speed what alone sounds very good plz bring it baaack edit/ not sure if those ai editor things stay on my map and tool is gone as AI traffic tryes to drive through wall even though there's no decal road
