Nitrous Gauge broken in 0.28

    My N2O UI Icon no longer shows how much nitrous i have left. in the below image, i am actively manually firing the nitrous, and have been for several seconds. no color change, no meter going down.

    Tested in safe mode.

    adding that i can confirm nitrous is being used, as the RPM of the engine reacts to me pressing the button with no throttle input (going past the rev limiter even)
