(FIXED) 0.28 Turbos and Superchargers broken

After the update whenever I try to load in a vehicle with either vanilla or mod turbos/supers, the vehicle will not work and all the hinges will open. Anyone else experience this? (the 200bx in the picture has a mod turbo but i've tried it with completely vanilla vehicles and configs and they break too)

Found out it was the duramax mod, to anyone who has it enabled go ahead and disable it until the author gets a fix up!

As @fred5red51701 mentioned I also have around 400+ mods and this thread saved me what could have been hours disabling mods one by one.

I found that out the hard way. Should have posted it myself. I read most of the what mod overwrites what before I saw it overwrote combustionEngine.
