I recently acquired myself a 3d printer and I was thinking, I've never seen any physical beamng products, why not make a scale model of beamng cars. Im not sure but I think the blender files can be converted to stl, but they are hollow shells and idk how well that would work. Anyway, let me know what you think!
you have to edit them a bit, but it'll work. A friend of me has a 3d printer and sent him over a slightly edited version of the 200BX. Print turned out a bit scuffed as some things just were too thin etc, but it can work. I've also seen someone here 3d printing a sunburst some time ago.
