are you sure you updated properly?

make sure you don't have duplicate entry in the addon list.

also can you send me the blender file in private message

I think yes because I deleted files from the old update before install the new one.

No, I only see one time, the add-on in the add-on list.

Yes, I do that now. Thanks

0.3.4 more fixes for your beams

    - removed `Export edges from faces` property and implementation. Another cause of duplicate Beams
    - fix `Could not create export directories` when using scene property for Export path

It is impossible to make a whole car with this, people have made props though. As stated in the description,
This is supposed to be used by intermediate vehicle modders, files produced by this exporter should be used as a template and is meant to be tweaked in game. So you should only use it when you are relatively experienced in Jbeam and have made a car or many parts and props before, the purpose is to speed up the process of setting up the node coordinates and the beams and triangles between them, the jbeam it generates is nowhere near usable by default, you can't use only this to create a mod.

the guide in the first post is outdated but should give you a general idea of how the addon works and how you can use it.

the big change is that the export folder is set in the scene properties instead of asking at export, and node prefix is set in the object properties.

Do I have to download all 3 assets? or just " io_mesh_jbeam_0.3.3.zip "

it uses the physic mesh you created in blender as a representation to create a working jbeam.
"working" means a template you will have to tweak later due to limitation of the exporter.
the physic mesh is not the visual mesh, it should be a lot simpler but close to visual
