Near-instant engine startup

    I've been having a problem ever since the release of 0.28 where the engine will startup even with an unusually low amount of starter input; you can even tap the starter button just a little and the starter sound will cut out before the engine starts

    Do you experience this issue in Safe Mode? (launcher -> support tools)
