What is the main reason for the UI loading so slow?

Hi, for some reason the UI in BeamNG lags A LOT!
As I read from previous posts, it's most likely my PC's performance, but I game on: intel Core i5-9400F,
RTX 2070 and 32GB Ram. I even tried it on a Intel Core i9-12900K but didn't even help a bit!
I tried to increase all the BeamNG processes Priority to Highest, but also didn't help. I even disabled all my mods and it STILL lags like s***.
I'm out of idea's, does someone know the main cause of it or a solution that actually works? Thx a lot if you know it.
