Lag spikes putting my fps to 30 and back up again

    I have been having this issue for more than 6 months. It used to work PERFECTLY. no problems with like 300 mods. The only time when it lagged is when it had traffic. But now it lags when i have 1 car and no matter what it is it has lag spikes 24/7. When i open BEAMNG and stop playing it, it starts to affect other games which is really concerning. Can anyone help me?

    Hmm, that's rough. Did this start happening only after one of the BeamNG updates? Do you have all of your drivers fully updated and no malware detected?
