Flowing Point is a game engine issue when the camera is away from the origin point in the entire map (x 0, y 0, z 0 is the origin), and when it's far away, it'll freak out and starts shaking, it's still playable, it just slightly annoying to see these glitches. Fixing it for devs will take literal months or even years, but even that, it might break things in the game.
The issue exists nearly everywhere that doesn't have blocking barriers to the player including Roblox.
On the note of AI being wack on the dirt roads and never exceeding ~26kph, I found a very odd workaround. If you set a value in the Cruise Control app with your AI disabled, and then activate your desired AI setting (in my case: Random) the game will ignore the speed inputs from the AI, and will only use the Cruise Control setting. This also means no braking or backing off of the throttle, so keep that in mind. Hope this helps people who wanted the AI to explore this map for them, or wanted to set up chases and such on the dirt roads using AI.
Soon enough i will publish a new update to the map, which will include 2 airports, and one remote town. There's also a huge and long expansion of sand roads on the east of the map, and if you drive even longer, you may find an antenna somewhere... out there... alone... Ahem, i'll notify when it'll be ready.
Can you add some fuel stations near ocean? So its possible to go from city to your stream bush without fixing your car because of fuel, 200 or 300 km apart of each other will be great. --- Post updated ---
New update has been released! Download the update - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qBYev7wfG9Pt4Z7XvhuObtgU6UUEYjRL/view?usp=sharing Changelog: -New Airport near "Town" and "Gas Station's Parking Lot" spawnpoints. -New Remote Town place & spawnpoint (you can call it Rural town if you want), More remote towns will be added in the future for long drive explorations. -Height level of some roads. -Far west side of the highway is now looped instead of being continued. -Another set of off-road tracks going 100+ km and goes towards the middle of the map (located on far east from all Points of Interest) --- Post updated --- pardon mates, accidentally put the privatized link --- Post updated --- now it's a correct link, should work.
I tried out this map today. It runs pretty good on my potato PC (11 year old laptop with an AMD A10-4600M and Radeon 7660G with 6GB of ram, lol.) at a decent 40fps, even though it does take a whole hour to load the map in.
I'm going to fly through the whole map with my vertex airplane... definitely not gonna take 3 hours to do
Tried this last nite Something small + maneouvrable is far more preferable to something big & fat. It's almost Desert Bus -ish. Going along the right-hand turn off after the default town I burst 3 tyres due to the sudden bum0 in the road
That "weird" thing is a map marker, just click somewhere on the map and it might be gone, if not, just drive away from it. --- Post updated --- that's happening because the road ahead of them is privatized.
