I am thinking about the possibility of the upcoming update bringing engine swaps/more options of engine tuning to the existing cars (for example, a Gavril 423/6.9 swapped Bolide, or a turbocharged inline-four LeGran, or even a 2.7 V6 swapped Covet), since the Gambler 500 is all about modifying cars.

I don't think it's gonna be Japanese, the dimensions of the real life equivalent Dodge Caravan, are much to large to be suitable for the JDM market. Assuming that this van is primarily based off the Caravan (likely due to all the styling and body shape/ dimensions similarities). The Caravan was never sold in Japan although, by some searching on the internet, I found out that outside North America it was also sold in Latin america, Europe, the Middle East, China and the Philippines. Apparently the Chinese and Filipino market versions offered an 3.0 liter Mitsubishi v6 engine option. If this is paralleled in the game, this would be the closest the vehicle would get to being Japanese. Keep in mind that from what documentation I could find, indicates that no version, not even with the Mitsubishi engine, was ever sold in Japan officially. Grey market imports could be a possibility, but that technically doesn't make it Japanese.

As i've mentioned previously, it's unlikely to be a gravel since the H15 passenger version exists.

althought honestly the H15 Passenger seems more like something a company that needs a vehicle that can carry several people at once would buy. the minivan is more family-focused

so while it could be a broccoli, there is a small chance it could also be a gravel. but we'll see

Content creators that are part of the creator program usually get the update 1-2 weeks before the public release, so that they can give feedback and have time to make a video to release when the public update drops

 

Personally, I think the update will release on the 14th-16th (that's when the real Gambler 500 takes place) because it would fit in the 2-4 week time after the content creator branch gets updated, and also would fit in the 3-month cycle. The minivan would probably be American, as the design is very American (the fact that it has a Gambler 500 version would rule out a Euro car and the design would rule out the flat, sleek Japanese minivans). I personally think its Bruckell who would make the minivan as Gavril has way more cars than Bruckell and also Gavril has the H-series. Just my 2 cents though, either way, i'm hyped for 0.29!

Talking about beamng drive, I have a "request/idea" for developers...
Maybe can you add more car horns? Because there are few car horns... And I think that having new more car or truck horns would be interesting and fun

 

I really hope they improve electronic dashboards, you can’t possibly get them to be smooth
