game screen is to bright

as the title says, when im in a map its VERY bright, like my monitor automaticly gets brighter, like on a stream on discord, its very bright and in vanilla, its bright aswell.

 

Maybe this is a thing related to your monitor?

although i turned off on off on alot, it didnt work

 

Yeah it happens to me, but differently. When I go on moonlight and go on the desktop, because I have an hdr monitor, it’s very bright. I have to put it in fullscreen for it to go away.
