Insane lag spikes

When im playing beamng and spawn more than 1 car it starts getting insane lag spikes from 30 to 1-4 and then back to 30 can someone help?

 

Three questions.
1 - What are your PC specs? It seems to be a mid-range to lower-end pc given the 30 fps with anything more than one car.
2 - Is this on every map? Just mod maps? Does this happen on the smaller vanilla maps?
3 - What graphics quality do you play on, and do you have any additions like ReShade?

 

1 - I have a intel graphics card but everything else is acceptable
2 - Yes this is on every map when i spawn more than 1 car
3 - I play on lowest graphics quality except the lightning quality its on low

 

Is it the auto-sync thing?
