I think the sun is off in Photo Mode
I wanted to make a nice screeshot for my Desktopbackground and then I found this:

This video uses the Vulkanmode ... but I've tried it in safe mode with normal rendereing and it is exactly the same ... so in short the sun in Photo Mode is in a different position, than in normal Freeroam Mode

The likely explination for this is that the bloom effect is cranked up in photo mode, to make better screenshots

But the sun moving up and down in and out of photo mode? I dunno

the sun is moving from left to right xD

It's not photomode but the environment menu shifting the camera position, some elements (like the sun) are not properly handled yet when that camera shift happens. Noted.
