Need help with modding

!!!Before you read this i am a beginner and feel free to hate me!!!
so i'm trying to make a mod for beamng and i made all the basic stuff like internal name,jbeam (2nd gen pessima), info.json etc. and it just doesn't show up in the vehicle selector
