Details are not highlighted when hovering the cursor

A couple of months ago I updated the game, and when I hover over any of the car parts, the details stopped standing out, that is, I hover over the part in the list of car parts, and nothing happens
before the update, the part on the car stood out, and all the other car parts became transparent. The last update didn't solve anything either, I decided to completely uninstall and install the game, but nothing has changed
