Im going to speculate graphics updates even further after not finding Renderer Components menu in World Editor anymore. Combined with the potential of full Vulkan in 0.30 and that i recall a dev saying gfx changes will come with/after Vulkan, id say its pretty plausible.
something i find interesting is how despite pbr having been out for over 2 years now all of the stuff on the steam page dates back to 0.22 and earlier with the old materials/some pre-remastered cars, and assuming they haven't just not bothered updating it it makes me wonder if they're deliberately waiting due to some graphical enhancements that might be in the pipeline/some cars that still need remastering
Life has a 100 % fatality rate . So yes... everyone consuming dihydrogen monoxide will ultimately die. Spoiler: Spoiler Dihydrogen monoxide is one of those poisons where the quantity makes the poison. Not consuming any of it will greatly accelerate your demise, much faster in fact than a - reasonable - overdose
I think once they switch to Vulkan fully we will finally see some big graphics changes that might not be possible in the current rendering engine. But Vulkan obviously still needs a lot of work first.
I would love to see some full on ray tracing ngl (nvidia doesnt like calling them full ray tracing but calls them path tracing)
Wouldn’t be surprised to see ray tracing added in a few years. The dev team has been working with Ange Yaghi in hopes to get better engine sound’s dynamically simulated. It’s quite a stretch but Ange also dabbles in custom ray tracing solutions.
Speaking of Ange, I heard you pronounced his name “angy” in your recent video, I’d like to let you know it’s pronounced “onj” (no Y sound at the end).
Not sure if this is speculation, but the dunekicker appears to use the same bastion but being built in 2008, years before the bastion, this could mean that there is a car(s) that use the bruckell v8 from the late 2000s
i speculate that we could see a new map similar to Liberty City. Dark and rainy stuff, for a change from sunny maps
