They should show us the rest of the standings. 3rd through however many entries there were. --- Post updated --- <3
Thank you, I appreciate it. I am super excited and proud to have placed 2nd. Especially after seeing the quality of some of the other mods. Making a map for the contest and playing all the awesome mods it brought out was the most fun Ive had playing BeamNG in years.
Congrats to all the competitors, this was a super competitive contest lol, I'm super happy with third place. Every mod in this challenge is spectacular. I'm quite surprised the shed and gamblerbuck didn't make it
Wow! Plenty of nice new content! Congratulations to the winners! Seems my map "Barbent's Gambling Zone" didn't reach approval in time so I am a bit disappointed. But anyway - the challenge was big fun!
As beautiful as the mod was it was not in the spirit of Gambler 500. The origins are Gambler are spending $500 and seeing how far you could take you car. Thats s full blown race car. Im a bit suprised they went with the spirit of gambler rather than just looking pretty and ignoring LORE.
I just joined the Modding For Dummies discord and they posted on their modding-contest channel a list with scores of the top 20 or so. The list of all the submitted mods also has a bit of feedback for each one. It says you can DM to get more detailed feedback. Since I just joined I'm not sure about their rules on sharing their posts, otherwise I would just post the list here. Discord link I found on the contest page: https://discord.gg/3Fy86de
We've got the full results for the Automation category of the challenge, right here! https://discourse.automationgame.co...500-modding-competition-final-results/46159/9 Thank you to everyone who entered the challenge, and a big congrats to @Theo Wilkinson, @23Terrabytes, @Awesomecarl Plays and @Gravit_y for their wins. On behalf of the entire Automation team, thanks for inviting us to participate, and thank you all for making this such a fun event for us too!
The Modding For Dummins Discord admins said its OK to post the results list here. If you want the feedback given to each mod or more details you will have to join the Discord and take a look for yourself. This is the top 20 non-Automation mods and their points awarded. Anything after 20, again, you will have to join the Discord to see/ask about them.
I'm really happy to see some decent prizes this time round. Though I wasn't taking part, the fact that 1st place only had a t-shirt and a few keys in the last contest was a bit of a joke. Congrats to all winners.
