^^^ UPDATED for 0.27!! See first post! ^^^ Almost 70 new icons were added. Icons include: plenty of new diff lock icons, 4H, 2H, 4L, 2L, career mode icons, cruise control icons, tire pressure system icons, N20 icons, door open, wheel hub, and I have also updated a dozen or so low res icons (engine start, parking brake and N20 for example) Also thank you very much to everyone who like\agreed with any of my posts or commented to show their support. Hopefully soon I will be able to provide the files to make this a proper Elgato Icon Pack that allows you to access the icons from within the app.
Pretty interesting. I will definitely have to check that out myself. Thanks for the links. Let me know if you find anything if you end up trying to get something like that working, that would be awesome.
^^^ UPDATED (again) for 0.27!! See first post! ^^^ 205 more icons were added since my last update, bringing the total count to 518. 150+ icons now have alternate or additional colors. Even more new icons were added, such as: ABS, powertrain icons, damage icons, brake icons, proper ESC colors, camera angle colors to make them more clear, along with a few others. This is pretty much ever single icon I could possibly add to this pack with an exception of the in car dash buttons (windows, heater, AC, ect) I did add two horn icons that are literally screenshots of steering wheels. If anyone knows of any sort of horn icon in the UI, menus, game files, ect for me to use, please let me know where to find it. Again thank you very much to everyone who like\agreed with any of my posts or commented to show their support. Hopefully soon I will be able to provide the files to make this a proper Elgato Icon Pack that allows you to access the icons from within the app.
I do that all the time, especially if there is no picture to show which one it is. I should have put Elgato Stream Deck in the title, oh well. LOL
^^^ UPDATED to version 1.0!! See first post! ^^^ Total icon count is now 1080. Every icon now has an alternate color version and many have several alternative versions. I have also included World Editor icons for map makers who want BeamNG themed macro buttons (my favorite addition!). Also added were a bunch of powertrain icons. In this update I have finally added an Elgato Icon Pack installer to automatically add the icons to the Elgato Icon Library. Besides the other added icons I mentioned, I have also added in horns, light bars, and underglow icons. These are the only icons that were not found in game. Although they were made by combining or rearranging other BeamNG icons, so I feel they still fit the proper BeamNG style. I will probably not update this icon pack again. The most likely update would be if BeamNG 0.28 added more icons, but otherwise I feel there are MORE than enough icons to satisfy every play style or sim set up. I am still interested in using telemetry data to automatically change the Stream Decks icons to match whats happening in game, but this is not something I plan on adding any time soon. I hope you all enjoy this massive update. I did use a lot of macros and batching to streamline this process, but it was still several hours of work to get all of these icons formatted and sized correctly to use for the Elgato Stream Deck. I have been working on a Map mod for several months now, in which a large majority of it is finished. Although at my pace there is probably several months left to go to polish it and get it exactly how I would like before releasing it or creating a thread on the forums. This icon pack was a nice break from the Map as I was starting to get burned out. But now after a nice holiday break and some time spent on this icon pack my focus will now be 100% on that map. Once again thanks to everyone who liked, agreed, or commented on this thread - its greatly appreciated. Now to enjoy the rest of my holiday break and get back into making a new map - which has been so much fun to do and will hopefully turn out how I imagined it and be fun for everyone
TWO more small updates to included alternate World Editor icons (I wanted a few of these - so I just did them all), a couple more alternate light bar variants, carbon breaks, alternate engine start buttons, as well as a few small adjustments. The first post includes the new version, even though the zip file still has the same name. This isnt mandatory as it should just add the new icons to the current installation, but if any issues arise - or to play it safe, then follow the instructions below to delete and install fresh: If updating with the Elgato Icon Pack Installer it might be necessary to delete the current BEAMdeck installation which can be found here: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Elgato\StreamDeck\IconPacks\ Deleting the icon pack will NOT remove any icons already added to any of your profiles as each icon assigned in your profile is stored separately in ...\Elgato\StreamDeck\ProfilesV2\ So its safe to delete any icon pack without breaking any profiles you already made and customized.
Version 1.3 has been released (see first post for download) I have added 251 new icons bringing the total count to 1567!! New icons include things like vehicle badges, map icons, and a handful of world editor icons. Some of which aren't actually used but are included in the game files. ~!~EDITED~!~ I should have delayed posting this, since a day later I added a couple hundred more icons to make version 1.4 See my next post to get info on what was added and to see a full picture preview of version 1.3 and version 1.4
Yeah its not exactly a UI for in-game usage, but this was the best category I could find for it - since it does technically provide a User Interface when you use the Elgato Stream Deck with BeamNG.
Version 1.4 has been released (see first post for download) I have added 168 new icons bringing the total count to 1735! This update includes icons found in the World Editor files, but all icons aren't necessarily used by the game. Also included are icons for vehicle badges, a bunch new camera icons, and all the game map icons. I have included the unused icons because I personally liked the style and wanted to use them. Many of these icons are still useful for BeamNG, especially for any modders that use the World Editor or other modding programs. A preview of all new icons added since version 1.2 are pictured at the bottom of this post. There are still several hundred more icons in the games files, but I find those arent useful for modding or for use with BeamNG, so I probably wont be adding them. I also wont be adding alternate colors for any of these new icons. So this will be the last update of this icon pack until BeamNG version 0.28 Enjoy!! All icons added after version 1.2
Love this! Got a page's worth of actions in and it's a breeze to use. Whilst I understand your reasoning behind not posting the stream deck profile (what a pain!) - it would be great to see a little guide or annotated set of pictures as to how you've set yours up
Sorry I have no plans to upload any profiles. My profiles are a mess anyway; they not very organized, include a bunch of additional plugins, include custom macros (some of which rely on exact screen pixel locations for mouse clicks), and I change a lot of BeamNG's default controls.
