Austria Village thread for bug reports and suggestions. https://www.beamng.com/resources/austria-village.26818/
Yes. currently i'm trying to design kind of an indoor parcour, of course with destructible elements ^^.
It seems so. I forgot to update the credits. Otherwise I will delete the files from the mod folder and link them instead.
uhmmmmmmm... where is the mod? when i click the link, it says that the requested filr cannot be found. will it be back to the repo soon?
It's currently offline for unknown reasons. But you can download it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14MprpPAQrpZ1HNTQECBihpHzcLDeGDB_/view?usp=sharing
i cleared my cache and alot of the stuff are gone even the floor all the stuff falls of the map there is no texture and no mesh everywhere
Machinator, i have an idea. The map is very laggy and i have a suggestion of how it may become smoother. I actually have no idea how it works but what if you do not render the dynamic objects (at least 75% of the map) as dynamic until you reach a certain distance to them (for example: if you are 10 meters away from the object, it won't be rendered as dynamic, but if you are close enough like 50 cantemeters away from the object, render as dynamic). I know there are several problems like the constant updating of the game or if you are driving fast and it hasn't got the time to render as dynamic but if you can make it work, technically, it will improve the framerate a lot. And if the object is moved somewhere, get its position, replace with the not dynamic version or do something i do not know how to explain and when you are close enough render again. And if it is damaged, just save it (the object) and once the distance has been reached, replace the not dynamic version with the dynamic (with the damage that is saved) I know this has a lot of flaws, but i think this idea is ok.
So there are probably missing files in your mod folder. Try to reinstall the mod, and try it again. --- Post updated --- Thank you for your suggestion. Your idea requires a lot of programming knowledge which I don't have. I'm always trying to improve the user experience, but I doubt it's possible.
If you are having texture or material issues, you can try this : clear your cache update your game version check these files in your mod directory :
Hello there. it looks like something is wrong with your "Shapes" folder. Try reinstalling and updating the mod. This should help. Greetings.
