leak fluid showing up on the road

I wonder if someone could make this, like for example if you get a fuel or coolant leak it will show up on the road and that would be kinda cool.

ok that's a thing in particles but like i mean showing up on the road as liquid

 

some way of making puddles in general would be useful, they'd also be good if they wanted to add rain.
