Online skins

Hello people,
This is my first post here and I am pretty new to Beamng. Today I made my very first custom skin, but I don't know if it's possible to show this skin online. I saw some youtube videos where people have their own skins, but I am worried if this is because it is a modded lobby. Doesn't anyone know something about it?

 

Place in the same folder as your configs

 

What should i place in the configs folder? The dds file or the entire folder with the custom skin inside?

 

Try the folder first , and if it does work , just place the content ( dds , materials,etc...)

 

I don't think this guy has any idea what he's talking about. If you're asking whether you can use your skins in BeamMP servers, then you're right – those have to be uploaded as any other mods by server owners.

It you're talking about uploading your skins to the repo, just create a proper zip (skin helper should be helpful) and upload it using the upload resouece form.

 

This is something i have thought of since i Saw Ukdrifter's beammp drift server video
