I was trying to make a rear bumper for a mod car but when i put it in the game, the part doesnt fit correctly. id like to know the part of the Jbeam where you can move the parts

You can move them in Blender to fit, but you can also use a thing called node offset.
    Is the mod car yours?

sorry for replying late. I tried moving the 3d model on blender but it still doesnt fit well in game. ive also tried looking for node offset but it isnt there. oh and the 3d model of the rear bumper looks really thin in game. like from the outside is good but from inside it looks kinda weird.
Oh and its not mine but ive asked for permission to mod it

Ah, so you just have to adjust the bumper in Blender, as the collision is already in place.

    After changing stuff, press ctrl+R.
If that also doesn’t work, check if the dae is in the correct location.

Could you send a screenshot with the jbeam shown? (Ctrl+T or Ctrl+B)

Try seeing in-game if the hole is black on the other side.

Inside Blender, select the bumper, CTRL + A >( Apply) All Transforms.
Once that's done re-export your mesh and it'll be in the right place.

As for the missing bit its faces are probably just inverted. In edit mode, ALT + N > Recalculate outside. You can look up tutorials on youtube for more info about inverted faces if that doesn't fix it.
