    I accidentally turned my resolution down to the lowest setting it is something like 320 x XXX (cant quite remember) and because of this resolution setting I am unable to use the game as the buttons still remain very large so on the main menu the only buttons I can access are "the team" and "exit". What I was wondering was if there was a way to reset the game settings without having to enter the game?

    EDIT: Grammar

    If there is anyone else experiencing the same issue as I have I have just found a fix - it turns out running the updater resets your graphics settings because the graphics config file is not the same as the one being checked for in the updater so it changes it back to the factory version.

    What you want to do in order to fix this is.

    1. Go to your beam.NG folder, the path for mine is C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive

    2. Find the .exe file named; "updater"

    3. Run the program, it will take a few minutes but it will reset your graphics configuration.

    I believe this is a bug which is intended to be fixed by the developer but until then this is a viable fix for the aforementioned issue.

    You can also manually edit prefs.cs in scripts/client inside your BeamNG folder.

    $pref::Video::mode = "1280 720 false 32 60 0";

    1280 720 just happens to be my BeamNG window size.

    Unless one happens to have a set of functional female genitalia I am afraid I cannot possibly reciprocate.
