I have an Intel core i5 4690 and it runs great. I want to know what GPU runs best for my cpu at max settings on this game. My budget is under $200. Other specs, 6gb ddr3 1333 ram, 1tb Seggate barracuda.
if your an amd person: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-R9-270X-D...ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1415212553&sr=1-5 if your a nvidia person: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclo...ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1415212529&sr=1-1 best you'll get for your budget
Sapphire or MSI R9 270. It's better than a 750 Ti. Don't waste money on the 270X though, a slight OC will do the same thing.
no, there is no possible way to know what fps because fps isn't an exact number, it's always changing
Ok thanks I might get the r9 270x or a higher end card like the 280x. What about my ram? I only have 6gb ddr3 at 1333mhz do I need a ram upgrade?
I wanna know what hellish combo you have for 6gb tbh... Should always have matched RAM sticks. There isnt a combo for 6gb. Either way, 6gb is plenty for most stuff, people bitch that watchdogs needs 8, it doesnt, most games are happy to use 4gb and that leaves a nice healthy 2gb for OS.
Not really. I have 1600 MHz RAM and I want to buy some OCable RAM, since my mobo supports up to 3200 MHz and why not. But it runs just fine.
That's not how it works really. Nothing will go horribly wrong. It might even be so old it has tri-channel RAM.
@repillows if your willing to go $4 over $200 you can get this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DHW4HXY/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_IuVwub0S5N2QZ Has similar performance to an amd radeon hd 7950 And just looked it up, will have 10% better performance than the 270X I posted earlier Sent from the 3rd galaxy via the talks of tapping
Ok but I don't know of my case and my power supply will take the GPU. I have an NZXT Source 210 case with a thermaltake tr2 600w psu. - - - Updated - - - Ok but I don't know of my case and my power supply will take the GPU. I have an NZXT Source 210 case with a thermaltake tr2 600w psu.
the case will be fine, wattage wise your power supply should be fine, but i don't know how good that brand is
I found some info on the psu that I have. http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16817153166
you may want to get a better psu from what i've read of thermaltake, a corsair cx600 should do you fine if you can afford to get that and the gtx 760 i posted
