Game crashing when I try to change engine

When I start the game I get 60 fps, as soon as I try to change a part in my car the game freezes and I can’t do anything, I can’t even leave the game, I have to restart my computer to close the game. I tried it in safe mode and the problem still occurs. When playing my gpu usage is around 40%, my cpu usage is around 20%, and my ram
Usage is 70-72%
specs:
RTX 3050 TI laptop gpu
Intel core I7-12650H
16 gigabytes of ram

 

Do you have any mods? If so, deactivate them and try then, or attempt changing a part in Safe Mode.

 

As I stated in my original post I tried it in safe mode and it still occurs

 

Have you tried fully clearing cache and verifying game files?
