Case: Fatal car crash in East Coast, USA, November 17, 2018, 17:10.

Description: The accident occured when the driver of the Dodge, turning left, did not see the Lamborghini coming, they collided, the Lamborghini slid into the opposite lane where a Jeep crashed into it at low speed.

Injuries: In the Dodge, driver and 2 passenger died, in the Lamborghini, driver died, in the Jeep driver survived.

Case, 3-car crash. Utah USA, 12:24PM
Description, The accident occoured when the driver of a red Bruckell LeGran stopped for a boulder in the middle of the road. The driver of a Chevrolet Silverado didn't notice traffic stopped until he was inches from the back of the car infront of him. His quick reactions allowed him to swerve around the car. Only to crash into an oncoming ETK. The ETK was then pushed into a Pessima behind it. Fortunatley, there were no casualities. However, the driver of the truck had minor neck injuries. The ETK driver had a dislocated ankle. The Pessima driver had no injuries.

Description: The US branch of the midnight racers were racing down the mountain when the car in front spun leading to the 200bx flipping over the car onto the sign

Investigation:
An eyewitness stated the vehicle was "Graduately slowing down, [and] not turning when the corner came." This led investigators to believe he was either asleep or something medical. Police also excluded mechanical failure, suïcide and texting-and-driving. Dutch investigators helped the German ones, and the former interviewed the family physician in Nijmegen and Wijk bij Duurstede. Both concluded that "Mister van der Heide was diagnosed diabetes type 2 when he was 17." The latter also concluded: "He suffered one heart attack in 2019, and he was transported to University Medical Centre (Universitair Medisch Centrum) in Utrecht, Utrecht, Kingdom of the Netherlands. Both the family physician and UMC failed to address the Rijksdienst voor het Wegverkeer, RDW (Dutch equivalent to the DMV). The autopsy, which was released 3 days later, also concluded mister van der Heide suffered a heart attack, which led to his crash.

Lead cause:

• Heart attack driver leading to crash.
• Failure family physician and UMC to inform the RDW about mister van der Heides medical situation.

Aftermath:
The family physician in Wijk bij Duurstede, which served mister van der Heide and his family, stepped down. No action was taken at the UMC. The vehicle was later disassembled and destroyed. Mister van der Heide left a wife, two children and an unborn grandchild behind. That grandchild, a male, born on the 27th of June 2023, was named after his now deceased grandfather.

Investigation:
Mister Kalinia stated he had broken down, due to low fuel. After asking why, he stated: "Well, I thought I [could] make it to the [gas] station at the airport. When I found out, I (...) drove onto the emergency lane, turned on the hazards, and stepped out." This raises a new question: Why did the driver of the Bète drive on the shoulder. This would never come to light, but most likely the driver thought it was a lane to avoid traffic. The speed was also calculated, and it was 130 kph, 40 kph over the limit. Sadly, the vehicle was unrecognisable, and the speed could not be retrieved from the speedometer. Another hypothesis is texting and driving. Mister Colombo stated the driver might have looked at his mobile phone. Out of the mangled phone, investigators revealed he did look at his phone. The only reason why he later put it away is because they had their sirens on. The autopsy later revealed he was not under the influence of any substance.

Case: Offroad roll-over carsh - Rocky coast USA - March 17 2019, 14:31

Description: The accident occurred when the driver of the blue BMW SUV, looses control due to going down the steep hill way too fast, hit the rocks on the side of the dirt road, car gets out of control, flips over, and starts rolling down the hill. meanwhile a ibishu signia was heading and driving up the road, while suddenly sees the rolling SUV coming down and straight at him. doesnt have enough time to react, slams on the brakes, although because of not going that fast, the car slows down a lot and only gets hit by the rolling SUV a bit and only in the front. the SUV continues rolling and flipping after hitting the ibishu and finally stops several meters down away from the accident place and in the woods.

Injuries: No serious damages, except a broken head for the BMW driver.

Crash Description: Hi, I am a working at BeamCams INC. On a rainy day (April 15, 2018) A chaotic crash happened. A man named Maxadore Leo was driving when his car burst into flames because it was very cheaply made. He passed out and his car slid into another car causing a multi-car pileup. A van carrying a tank trailer even hit it and the tanker exploded. A witness named Kashira Rae that was involved in the crash said she was ending her shift before going to school when she god involved in the wreck. This is the 73rd time this month and we don't know how

Injuries: Maxadore had Severe burns but he survived because the fire had some sort of fire prevention system (It just poured a bunch of water in the inside of the car). Paramedics took him to the hospital and he was discharged a month later. The person that hit Maxadore's car got pushed back from the explosion and flew off the road and into the water. sadly the driver didn't make it. He did not survive sadly. The driver and 2 people on the bus died. The truck driver got a concussion and is still in the hospital as of May 18 2018. The people in the AW Astro and C-Series died. The person in the Legran had minor injuries. The van driver also died.

First time making one of these posts, so here it goes!

Crash Description: A tuned ETK K-Series was speeding down the main road that goes around East Coast, USA. The driver, having just got his car back from a local mechanic, was excited to have his car back after such a long wait, and decided to rip down the main road. At the same time, a man in a Gavril Bluebuck was headed in the opposite direction. The man had recently restored the Bluebuck, and was taking the car out for a drive late that evening. At around 8:10pm, the ETK driver, being young and inexperienced, turned around a corner, and with ESC off, began to slide. The driver overcorrected to the left, then the right, causing him to turn slightly into the unpaved shoulder, making his car to pull to the right. But, before the driver could slow down and steer his car off the shoulder, the ETK hit some rocks, causing it to flip, end over end, before landing on its roof and continuing to slide upside down. The man in the Bluebuck notices the ETK a bit late and slams on the brakes, causing them to lock up. The ETK slides into the front of the Bluebuck, smashing its headlights, leaving the scene shrouded in darkness. Emergency services were called by another driver who showed up minutes later.

Injuries: ETK driver sustained a concussion. The Bluebuck driver, having no airbags in his car, also sustained a concussion, but it was more severe than that of the ETK driver. The Bluebuck driver also sustained a dislocated elbow.

Aftermath: Both men survived. The ETK was considered a total loss. The Bluebuck was repairable, albeit frustrating for the man who had spent so much time restoring it. A benefit for the investigators, was that CCTV cameras were recently installed on two telephone poles at the intersection where the incident occurred, due to a high number of accidents. The ETK driver was required to pay for the damages to the Bluebuck caused by his reckless behaviour.

Case 1: Street Racing Causes Crash In the East Coast Suburbs.
Information: By the gas station of ECUSA, a american person who was eating some food, got interrupted by a JDM fanboy. the person was called Haren Dailia. Born in 1995, owns a 2018 Dodge Charger SXT. The JDM fanboy, With his RZ Supra, was called Maxim Golenabereg. the JDM fanboy annoyed Haren so much, he just decided to race. Race started right by the gas station,as the race continued on, near the turn near the church, harry went on the sidewalk and caused him to go on 3 wheels. not that much but he got back on the road. at the end of the street which was a sharp turn, harry forgot to brake and slammed in golenabereg. causing both cars to go to the middle of 2 houses. Witnesses Called 911, and they came.

Maxima Golenabereg: "my left arm hurts, i cant feel my right foot and my right hand!" Said by him, on the Breaking News.

It was 9/11/22 and Hans was driving on the autobahn. Suddenly he felt sleepy. Then before he noticed a DB truck was behind him. Then it hit. The small disaster. Hans was injured at his right leg,Left arm and headache. And also the DB truck driver was injured at his left leg.

 

Belasco City Police Department Vehicular Accident Report - Case No. 2357​

Crash Description
On November 12th, a Park Service maintenance truck driven by 26-year-old Park Intern Robert Smith was headed towards the docks in Belasco City to pick up a shipment of replacement parts for a construction vehicle that was assigned to conduct renovations. While travelling across a bridge going over the speed limit, the driver of the vehicle partially lost control and began swerving. After making an accidental lane change into the right lane just before entering a tunnel, caused by loss of steering control, the truck rear-ended an orange SUV and then spun into one of the tunnel's support beams. The SUV turned to the right and impacted the tunnel's wall, causing some damage to the engine bay. The SUV was operated by 34-year-old Matthew Congrave.

Damaged Parts
Both vehicles suffered severe body and window/windshield damage as a result of the collision.

Gavril Truck - Effectively totaled. Most if not all of the engine bay was badly damaged and thrown about or totally destroyed, more as a result of the impact with the support beam. Although the rear of the truck did not impact anything and was left mostly intact both axles and all of the wheels experienced severe damaged.

SUV - Engine bay, exhaust, tire and body damage. The rear axle was also badly damaged and the front axle partially bent.

Estimated Repair Costs
Upon inspection by the Department of the Interior, it was decided the truck was fully totaled and was not worth even attempting to restore. It was subsequently stripped for any remaining functional parts, and the still-intact bed was removed for reuse with another vehicle. The truck itself was then scrapped.

The SUV was covered by insurance, but estimated repair costs exceeded $3,000 due to the axles and some internal parts being damaged. The owner sold it to a scrapyard after recovering and purchased a used vehicle.

Injuries
The truck driver was killed in the crash, though the coroner is still unsure whether it was caused by the impact itself or being crushed in the cab, as signs of both were made obviously present during the initial investigation. It is believed that the impact with the large support beam combined with the cab being crushed were the causes of death, not the initial impact, but authorities are still unsure.

The driver of the SUV was rushed to the hospital after complaining of shortness of breath, severe back and chest pain, and showing signs of a broken arm. Upon treatment it was revealed the driver of the SUV broke or bruised 5 ribs, broke their left arm and wrist, and suffered a concussion. They also experienced some spinal shifting that is expected to leave them in and out of hospitals for the next several months and will require surgery.

This accident took place on West Coast USA, namely Belasco City, along a bridge and inside a tunnel branching off of the freeway.

The two vehicles involved in this incident were an orange Cherrier Tograc and a white PS Gavril D-Series equipped with a custom cargo bed.

Aftermath
Due to the death of the truck driver, the individual cannot be sued; however, Congrave may or may not plan on suing the PS, possibly on grounds of negligence, when he recovers.

Additional Case Notes
- Robert Smith, the 26 y/o park intern, had a record linked to reckless driving and speeding. His past charges included 5 speeding tickets, and 1 count of reckless driving. This record may or may not have been made clear to the PS at any given point during his application process, however the existence of vehicular-related offenses in relation to a vehicular accident could still provide a strong case against the PS if Congrave chooses to sue.

- Matthew Congrave, the 34 y/o SUV occupant, was noted to have also had a speeding ticket within the past 6 months, and had received a reckless driving charge when he was 24. This may also imply that some fault may lie on Congrave.

Case: Street racing caused fatal accident, June 3, 2022, 11:04.

Description: The accident happened when the Honda and Infiniti were racing on the highway and when the Honda tried to overtake the Infiniti, the Infiniti hit the Honda, causing the Honda to swerve into the opposite lane, and smashed into a pick-up and a truck, the Infiniti crashed into the guardrail, a light pole and the pick-up, then three other cars crashed into the truck and its trailer, and one into the Honda. The crash distracted the driver of a green sedan driving in the other lane, he slammed on his brakes, causing another sedan to rear-end him and push him into the guardrail, and then another sedan crashed into them. Then a truck with a trailer came towards the wreckage, its brakes failed, it tried to avoid the collision but failed, slammed into the two sedans and flipped onto its side.

Injuries: In the Honda, driver died, in the Infiniti, driver died, in the Buick Regal, driver and one passenger survived, one passenger died, in the Kenworth, driver survived, in the Fiat, driver died, in the Buick Roadmaster, driver and two passenger survived, in the Lada, driver and one passenger died, one passenger survived, in the Chevrolet, driver and one passenger died, one passenger survived, in the GAZ, driver and two passenger survived, in the, Toyota, driver died, two passenger survived, in the Fiat-Abarth, driver survived, in the ВАЗ-2105, driver and one passenger died, one passenger survived.
