Try this, look for the water files.

    • So I FINALLY found a way to disable the ugly dust particles in the game. These particles can be really distracting, especially when you are filming cars following each other. This will probably increase your FPS by A LOT aswell. You open the \Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive folder, then extract the gameengine zip (make a backup). Open the art/shapes/particles folder and remove the DDS-files of you choice. For me that was all the files named dust, gravel etc. Then zip the folders back to a new gameengine zip, and replace the one you made a backup of.

Modifying the gameengine file is not recommended for a number of reasons. If you're interested, I just modified the material files to remove all sprays (I think) from the game, even waterfalls, I can upload it if you want.
My first attempt resulted in a full removal of sprays but after going through it a bit more I should be able to just remove the water spray if that's all you're interested in.
