Ok the guy making this hasn't said anything, secondly I feel like we have the right to know why its not out yet, but as the previous person pointed out, YouTubers like Mandjaro get it early.
Guess I forgot to post on the forums why I put this on hold. Reason this is on hold is because of the remaster solarpower07 is doing for the gen 6. The mod will be much easier to make bodies for, and will be better in general compared to the current gen 6. I decided it would be better for me to just postpone the COT and Gen 4 so I can focus on mods that doesn't piggyback off of solar and come back too this at a later time, most likely when the new gen 6 is out. Another reason is that I've gotten better with modding, and these particularly don't hold up to my standards as they don't take much work to make, and I've enjoyed making other things like the modified (the modified is being built from the ground up), i don't enjoy making these body mods anymore, and it'd be better for me to just wait until solar releases his mod. Lastly, there is a completely different COT mod being made by someone else, that particular mod is much better than the COT mod I was working on, and I don't want to take away from them.
Well it's been good knowing y'all but expect the next update on this thread to come out in 2 years or so.. --- Post updated --- Paw has also been teasing a late model on his Discord that would be an acceptable trade if we wont get the Gen-5
Forget about this thing, ignore all of this. It isn't worth it. Just wait and remember that this is not going to release until the end of the year
idk why u don't release it then like 8 months then restart and then another 8 months like that's almost two years for one car the whole game can update in two years to add stuff what are you going to do put it on hold again this is never going to get done. --- Post updated --- and paw is doing something else so when gen 6 remaster comes out guess what he's going to be burnt out and take a break because he was doing the late model. and gen 4 will never come out either. you can post it on YouTube but no one can else can have it.
guys, feel lucky you're already getting as much nascar mods as you are. 5-6 years ago the ONLY nascar-related mod was a late model mod, and that was good enough for the community. either deal with it or make your own stuff. give paw his space, he wants to do what he wants modding-wise.

Man you gotta move on from this. Theres no point in being salty that a mod is being delayed, a mod of a mod for that sake. Also you guys dont know how well you have it with nascar content these days. for the first 5 years i had the game, there was barely any nascar adjacent content. Basically Ate-ona (if you could get it), a few short tracks, and the late model
