On Hold LA Noire Skinpack Wagon (Troubleshooting Thread)

Attached Below Is The (Unreleased) 1.5 Version File For My LA Noire Skinpack Mod. However, The Wagon Won't Map. This Thread Is Directly Mainly Towards User difichenka, Who Offered To Help With It In A Chat, But BeamNG's Chat System Doesn't Allow File Links. :/
