Garage to Garage stops being 'random'

More often than not garage to garage gets bugged and it continues to give me the same car over and over but with a different config.

 

Does this happen in safe mode?

 

No. I know it may be mod related and not a bug game per se.
But It doesn't always happen, and I think it might be related to insufficient resources on the computer or something like that. Because I can play just fine the fist few rounds, but all of a sudden it breaks and happens this.

 

Hmm, it must be a mod... That's all I can think of... Also, is it always the Cintilla that you get stuck with?

 

No, maybe I start playing the scenario, and the first 6 are fine, and the car that I get in the 7th or so, it gets 'stuck'.
This is why I think it might be due to having a lot of mods, and not just a specific mod that's breaking it.
But I would like to have a way to diagnose it without uninstalling everything just in case.
