This mod is amazing. 10/10. Should be vanilla imo. The only problem I have is the SR-TEC 5-speed manual for the covet, the car just doesn't seem to want to drive
that's because the transmission doesnt have a transfercase slot because the transfercase was only added with the introduction of the gambler 3 wheeled covet. im sure in the next update it will be added to the sr-tec transmission but for the time being you can add it yourself by opening up the sr-tec transmission jbeam and copying the line for the transfercase from the regular covet transaxle into the slots area
I understand it would break the whole meaning of the mod, and if you dont wanna do it is fine tho (like who tf am i to tell anybody what to do) but here is an suggestion: Bring the 80`s Moonhawk, and if not, you could add an Autozam AZ1 (if i remember correctly that was the name)
A lore-friendly Autozam would be really cool, but it would take a while since it’s an entire car presumably from scratch.
yeah something like that isnt in the cards maybe some day we'll get a few kei vehicles from the devs, since theyre literally smaller cars overall and components between them (even in different brands) are all engineered very similarly due to the universal size constraints i could see it being feasible at some point they drop 2-3 in an update at once. is it likely though? not at all
One thing i´ve noticed after 0.30.0 dropped is that all Notchback 200BX are veering to the right when driving in a straight line on even ground and with minimal throttle applied. The front suspension values are exactly the same as the vanilla 200BX which dont have this problem so probably something related in the mod i guess. Just wanted to bring this up to you guys.
Possible bug report: When spawning in simple traffic (mods arent supposed to spawn) and the facelift Hirochi (start, i believe) is stuck with the "NO MATERIAL" marking all over the car.
CTRL+R or load into another car, and then reload the one with the importing textures since the game is automatically baking and converting our PNG textures to DDS.
