I found a destroyer. Based on its appearance, it is presumed to be the Roks Sejong the great or roks Jeongjo the great of the Republic of Korea Navy.

It's not available in English because it's a German thing that has only recently started to gain popularity. The reason for this car to exist is because of a loophole within Federal German law. Because by modifying a vehicle like this, it counts as a tricycle which means you are are allowed to drive it with a class A1 driver's license, which means that 16-year-olds are allowed to drive a vehicle like this (for the Americans out there: in Germany you get your driver's license at age 18 but are allowed to legally drink alcohol in public at age 14)
