How can I walk slowly?

I can get out of the car and walk with the F key. I can run with shift, but I want to walk much slower. Is there such a button?

 

Is walking after pressing C (toggle crouch) maybe slow enough? Or does it not change speed at all?
I use controller, so it’s much easier to hold the joystick partially.
