I keep getting black screens on career mode

whenever i finish a challenge or start a challenge i get a black screen and i have to restart my game to fix it, anyone know why?

 

I had the same issue. I found if I clicked randomly and hit escape enough times it would go away. Not sure that it's a solution, but it works for now! Haha.

 

Same for me. I had to exit the program.
