Help, "Fatal error, GPU is not responding"

When restarting a vehicle, it freezes and gets the error "Fatal Error, GPU is not responding" All my drivers are up to date, and you are already trying to reinstall and clear the cache. Postscript: My old PC:
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Intel HD Graphics.
Processor: Intel Core i3 4th @ 3.70 GHz
My new PC:
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 600
PROCESSOR: Intel Core I3 7100. @3.90 GHz
I don't think it's a problem for not having a graphics card, since on my old PC it worked normally without having a dedicated graphics card...

 

I had this problem for a long time, but was 90% fixed in the last update, idk why this happen, people with dedicated graphic cards also had this problem
