Welp I think this is the rarest car I've seen irl (i'm not kidding) and its for sale just down my road A 1998 Ram 1500 SPORT This is the cleanest 2nd gen I've ever seen has the 318 (indestructable), five speed stick, 4wd, cleaner than a newborn baby's bottom, 98,000 original miles, and the original owner All for 25k. I don't think its too bad of a deal for a truck that nice. Interior looks brand new I don't have money, but I have a picture that ill post here (the picture is really bad, but the truck is really cool)
Damn! It looks sweet. I don't know if it would be worth selling your current truck, but it's worth some thought.
Got my car a new set of Winter tyres today dang they are expensive now 450 Euros with fitting them to the car
I need new tires, too, but unfortunately it’s hard to find 195/75/R15 all-terrain tires, or all-season, for that matter, that aren’t either too expensive or the wrong size. The closest I’ve found are these, but they aren’t really great for snow.
Nissan boss says world ‘needs to move on’ from combustion engine. https://www.ft.com/content/e3758732-c057-40bb-9963-b265f577a097
We found out what was wrong, the radio unit is what is causing the power drain, so we just removed that fuse for now. However, the battery still lost charge even when unplugged, which means we have to get a new battery
I won't buy a Nissan also because their cars have mass surveillance built in that can not only acquires your driving style and sell to insurance company to demand you higher insurance premium, but also can get your sexual orientation or even genetic data, which is quite dystopian
In England I'm pretty sure the insurance company puts the tracker in after you sign up for them rather than put it in every car in a showroom.
Im so happy that they made that stuff illegal here why the hell would my car have to know what or who im having relations with.
And how on earth did you come up with that one? Now i do know that usually you have some research to back up many of your claims but that those two sir is quite "out there". On the other hand if that were true, how in the hell would Datsun even find that out?
Unfortunatly it isnt just Nissan.... its everyone . After having seen how rich you can get by selling personal data, car manufacturers of course dont want to lose out on that profit and with cars - unlike regular PCs - being pretty much closed systems with a lot of propertiary hardware, it is going to be much much more difficult to get rid of that with third party software. We need regulation that forbids this data collection and usage and we need it now. holy shit. another reason to not buy a modern car, money aside. I guess I should start actually looking for a good twingo now. as if good twingos still exist
Twingo 1 are getting collectable, 2s have for version the cheapest Rs , and 3s are .....extreme, to drive
tbh I'd most likely buy a twingo in shit condition, fix it up and build an autocross car out of it, and look for something more reasonable for a daily, like an '05 Saab 9-3, which is probably the most modern car I would go and be able to afford
