Yeah. All the GM brands are: GMC, Chevrolet, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Cadillac, Hummer, Opel, (at one point) Saab, Vauxhall,and Holden. Around 38% of their cars are facelifted and rebadged among atleast 2 of the companies. Oh- also Chevy and GMC are the same company, jaiday427. You can slap basically any GMC Sierra part onto a Silverado, and vice versa.
yeah thats what i was trying to say because i dont think of gmc STEALING parts but more like USING parts and btw they arent like designing these its like being given to them the only thing gmc really did is redesign the front end but its like the sqaurebodies you could stick a gmc front clip onto a chevy very VERY easy because its all the same parts and the sqaurebody diesels were oldsmobile 350s so a diesel gmc would have parts from a olds chevy and gmc its basically like gmc is a truck that was made in someones back yard its mashed with all these parts.
