There is a car mod for this game that appears to have a problem with the suspension. It is not sitting at a leveled position where the left side is matching the right side, this is confirmed by the alignment values found on the in-game UI App called "Advanced Wheel Debug". Not only does it not look good, but I am also experiencing that the car is pulling to one side while driving. I feel that it also behaves a little odd while performing some manoeuvres.

Due to how the car is sitting, and what is shown in the alignment I'm inclined to believe the rear left suspension is the problem, and the car is lower there compared to the right rear suspension. This in turn makes the front right suspension sit higher than the front left.

    Front left:

Here is a freshly loaded config from the mod. I have not adjusted anything or changed any parts.

As you can see, since it's leaning on the rear left suspension, the negative camber is increased on that side compared to the rear right. And the front right suspension has more positive camber because that side is lifted further up than the front left side.

So my question is, what is causing this problem? Is it .jbeam related? Is the problem in the 3D file? Is it fixable at all?

I am not the author of the mod in question, but he does not seem interested in trying to fixing it or to find the problem, and when you try to ask about it in his thread, you just get attacked by random people who have nothing to do with the mod.

I am also not the only person who experience this. But I want to try and see if this is something that can be fixed, even by someone who's not the author of the mod.

    TIA

I just use widefap for suspension adjustablity, It can get pretty close (within tenths of a degree) but the car still does pull to the left not sure why

The three first pictures are of a Widefap equipped car...

It does not help, especially since you can't adjust left and right side individually.

If you read what I wrote you'd understand why it's pulling to the left, but what or where the issue with the mod is, is what I was hoping to find out with this thread.

Sadly it seems like this part of the forum has very low activity.

Have you checked with Advanced Wheel Debug UI app?

    And on a lowered car?

there's probably some minor asymmetry in the jbeam, whether that's node positions, or weighting someone wouldn't be able to tell without giving the jbeam a thorough lookover.
