Skin issue

As you can see, certain parts of the skin appear cloudy and unglazed.
UV(dds) and json and jbeam files are all up to date, and the file name is normal.

How should we solve it?

(I used translator. sorry.)

 

Is the skin just the text, or the thing above it too? (Can’t tell if it’s a reflection or not)
And what vehicle is this?

 

Vehicle is lansdale, the skin covers the entire vehicle.

No, It's not a reflection, it's totally matte.

That’s strange. I’m not sure what’s causing the problem then.

Hmm

 

It might be that some roughness map or whatever is using a wrong UV layer now that I think about it, it looks kinda like part is matte and part is glossy.
