I tried to make a Ghostbusters skin for bluebuck but it shows "no texture". There's also some info in console.
I add skin's files to attachment.

    Couple of things here,

It seems your folder structure is slightly incorrect. I'd suggest using the name ghostbustersskin as the internal name. Here is what the unzipped mod folder structure should look like:

    GhostBustersSkin/vehicles/bluebuck/ghostbustersskin

In the bluebuck folder should be "info_ghostbustersskin.json" as well as the ghostbustersskin folder.

In the ghostbustersskin folder should be: "bluebuck.jbeam", "bluebuck_skin_ghostbustersskin.dds", and "materials.json"

Now, you need to convert your GIMP (XCF File) into dds. Then, move that file into the ghostbustersskin folder, which contains the materials.json and bluebuck.jbeam files. So that folder should contain: "bluebuck.jbeam", "bluebuck_skin_ghostbustersskin.dds", and "materials.json"

Next, in the bluebuck.jbeam file, change the first line from "bluebuck_skin_Ghostbusters" to "bluebuck_skin_ghostbustersskin"
And change "globalSkin" : "Ghostbusters" to "globalSkin" : "ghostbustersskin"
    Save.

In the materials.json file, change the first three "bluebuck.skin.Ghostbusters" lines to "bluebuck.skin.ghostbustersskin"
Near the bottom, where it says "baseColorMap", change the file location from "vehicles/bluebuck/SKINNAME/bluebuck_skin_SKINNAME.dds" to "vehicles/bluebuck/ghostbustersskin/bluebuck_skin_ghostbustersskin.dds"
    Save

Put the unzipped folder in the mods/unpacked folder, and try it out! By the way, you included the UV lines on the red parts of your skin. You might want to remove those :)

    From what I noticed,
In GhostBustersSkin/vehicles/bluebuck/ghostbustersskin/, I don’t think the jbeam should be called “bluebuck.jbeam”. Maybe something like “bluebuck_ghostbustersskin.jbeam”.
You want the material to be called “bluebuck.skin.ghostbustersskin”, and maybe rename the materials file to ghost_skin.materials.json or something.
    Also, where’s the .pc file?

Found the issue. You forgot to change the first three lines of the materials.json file. It should look like this:
    fix.png

Also, if you are trying to turn the folder into a zip, do so by right-clicking the "vehicles" folder inside the "GhostBustersSkin" folder. You can rename it after it creates the zip.

Also, make sure to clear cache before trying it out... Those errors seem to be unrelated to the mod you're making. If you clear cache and it still won't work, try disabling all mods except for yours, and see if that works.
