It would be even more perfect if the baikal could have an option to off road or heavy duty front shocks and also, the front independent suspension could be stronger, after normal driving on poor conditions (even braking at potholes) it tends to go to the left or right, appearing misaligned, and it could have bed load options.

I second that.
I really think a single forward headlight version would be great.
It doesn't even have to be all that fancy. Just put a Baikal headlight on a Mir. Or flip a Miramar headlight so the turn indicator is on the inside.
2101 or "Kopeika" is quite iconic. We would love to have some approximation of it

 

Great mod, huge fan of this. Maybe we could get some black door frames trim, louvres, and yellow lights under the bumper? Just suggestions

 

is it intendent that baikal has part time 4wd? cos the car it's based on never had it, it was always full time 4wd

 

I take it this is an alternative take on Lada origins and design, so some things may be different intentionally, but I think I should mention this. The Panhard rod and the other two rod I highlighted are never used on a leaf spring suspension. This is Baikal, btw. The Mir model does not have these, which is correct. Also, the race exhaust does not bend above the rear axle, but rather goes straight through it. And the front drive shaft, which goes from the transfer case to the front differential, does not spin.

Как я понял, это альтернативный взгляд на истоки и дизайн ВАЗа, поэтому некоторые вещи могут отличаться нарочно, но я думаю, вот это стоит упомянуть. Тяга Панара и две реактивные тяги, которые я выделил на скриншоте, никогда не используются в рессорной подвеске, они стоят только на пружинной подвеске, как на настоящих Жигулях/Нивах, и которую, я надеюсь, ты добавишь в мод. На скриншоте Байкал/Нива, на Мире/Жигулях на задней подвеске такого нет. А ещё, гоночная выхлопная не изгибается над задним мостом, а проходит прямо сквозь него. И не анимирован передний кардан, который идёт от раздатки в передний дифференциал.

Will there be a 5 lug hub added to the TAZ Mir at any point? The 4 lug rim variety and sizing is pretty limiting.

Also, im not sure if its known, but the performance blocks do not create a realistic powerband.

 

Download the adapters mod, so you can have 5 lug rims on it if you want

Да, я тоже писал по поводу пружинной подвески заднего моста. Прошло две недели, ответа от него нет, это крайне огорчает.

 

Better, if this will be like real "classic" VAZ cars or vanilla Ibishu Miramar. Currently, it's neither one nor the other.

 

There is a car pack already that includes the whole Lada Classic lineup, it's outdated though. This is a peek at the parallel universe, where Lada were not based on Fiat 124, but on Ibishu Miramar, and it works rather well. A bit uncanny at first, but it's growing on me.
