if you look next to the title it says "WIP Beta Released" that means its NOT DONE. if you read the rules you would know that but you only want to "beta test" aka get a copy early to leak everywhere. you have made 2 comments that are usefull/not annoying little turd behavior. so go read the rules and come back when you have a basic understanding of what not to put to annoy everybody.
Can you make it so i can controll it with a controller? No pressure just asking... Edit: (I just found out i can assign controlls in the settings lol)
this update doesn't work for me. I removed mtngoat.zip from my mods folder, which I had gotten a few weeks ago from the first post in this thread. then I cleared cache, installed 08mtngoat.zip which was posted earlier today, and now I don't see the plane in the vehicle selection menu at all :c I tried clearing cache again, also tried unpacking the new mod file, but still no luck. do I need to have both files installed? am I doing anything wrong here?
I think I may have packaged it incorrectly, this version should work. No need to unpack or have both versions, just keep the new one. Sorry about the mishap.
I downloaded it myself and installed it, it works for me, try clearing cache and delete the old version. If it still doesnt work then send me a screenshot of the debug window. Open it with the ` or ~ key at the top left of the keyboard.
I haven't been able to reproduce any of these errors. It looks like it's throwing errors from base game lua files, I'll try to define more things and upload a new version soon. Modding is sooo funnn :').
I get the same error. Cleared the cache first and than re-installed the whole game but neither worked.
OH GOOD. i was stressing hard for a minute, yup, im gonna do that next, default bindings. Thank you for the feedback btw .
I just had so much fun with this mod. Thanks for sharing! Sadly the flaps kept breaking at around 100 kts, which the engine can easily exceed. And I constantly forgot to shift it in gear before applying throttle, and the prop doesn't engage at high rpm, so I kept overrevving it. But again, I had a lot of fun doing STOL stuff.
Working on a big update, I fixed the over rev issue, you can now apply throttle then shift into gear. The flaps and ailerons are more durable, can survive around 130-140 mph not extended. I'm glad you're enjoying it, going to go for a repo release soon, there's some new features too .
I don't know if its just me, but the engine seems to have an issue where I can't throttle up. I checked my key binds and they are good, but when I press forward nothing happens. It does have the little 30% brake enabled for parking, and pressing throttle just gets rid of that. Reverse also doesn't work?
