Asseto corsa parts for official cars?

I was thinking of starting my modding 'career?' and i was wondering if anyone knew if you could get parts or frames from games like asseto corsa and use them on official cars (i.e i wanted to make a s15 mod for the 200bx, but with a different frame design from the vanilla one as well as some body kits)
Can anyone tell me if u can do that or if its not possible
