it not abandoned, the dev is prob working on small details and polishing it up before release. bro ppl need to chill, not like most ppl here can make a mod like that
Sorry guys. The car won’t be finished by the end of the year. I’m gonna take some time to work on commissions, plus I don’t have much time between commissions and working as an Audi technician 10-12 hours a day. So please bare with me. I will finish this mod, I promise. You just gotta give me time.
Dude that was completely unnecessary, they said they were going to finish it, clearly you don't work a full job, they said they work 10-12 hours a day, they need to have time to themselves.
You were right --- Post updated --- Well, he did say it was gonna take him time, and he's working a full time job. The good thing is he actually came back and said something. I genuinely thought this wasn't gonna get any replies. He could've just as easily abandoned this thread altogether or waited an even longer time before updating us. So, at least he's committed enough that he's gonna update us and let us know what's happening with the mod and why he's still working on it. Good things come to those who wait. Generally.
I can see the problem on both ends. Realistically, bailey is under no obligation to prove they have this or that going on, leading to delays in releasing the mod. At the same time, from the other side, they've been milking the paid beta thing for quite a while & just keep saying don't worry, it'll be done soon. That really does get irritating. That being said, they really can take as long as they want to finish the project but should remember that eventually people just won't care anymore & you'll just lose respect as a modder.
That is a good point. Maybe this mod will forever be in paid beta and the author is scared to release it as free because he wants money from it. Orrrrr he's just busy cuz he has a real life goin on. We can just sit around and speculate but it won't make a difference because sooner or later people will stop paying for early access to this mod, and at some point people will stop replying to this thread and it will be buried and forgotten like all of the other mods just like this one.
