so does the dynamic mirror system mean dynamic reflections will become a 100% optional feature now? could free up a lot of performance since that's easily the most taxing setting next to shadows

A more accessible way to make skins just means more low quality garbage - as if we needed that after all of the slap-dash automation mods we have already.

Yes I am aware but CA did a stupid and prevented all CMV's that don't have a DEF system or meet modern CMV regulations to NOT allow a normal registration but ONLY allow a Classic plate and will not allow the Clean idle sticker which will automatically prevent out of state vehicles from being legal in CA.

 

On the other hand, the video will be in French, and I don't think there will be an English subtitle, but he gives a lot of detail. His video should be between 30 mins and 1 hour
