I never thought I'd see a better bus mod besides the FS65. Don't take this the wrong way but I love you.

 

Another small update

- Re-done underbody support models
- Added side signal lights


- Added mud flaps


- Fixed a minor modeling issue on the side trim
- Fix underfloor model being protruding out of the body
- Fix a texturing issue with the 'LIONS' skin
- Limit the fuel display to a maximum displayed value of 999

wentward_s3.zip in the main post has been updated, overwrite your previous wentward_s3.zip with the new one

Will there be one like the Dansworth D1500? just asking

 

Any chance of a rear engine version?


Also just something I noticed about the sounds, for some reason the engine sounds louder in the back even though the current bus is the front engine model

Been using this mod a little bit. Kind of odd that although mostly lore-friendly, It still uses a CAT C7 engine. Also, I think the new I6 diesel would work tremendous for this

 

It's great BUT the dynamic mirors don't work

 

kinda wish we could get a 2016 Bluebird Vision in BeamNG

can swap belasco diesel engines from t series and i6 engine for probably rear and front engined variants

 

Tonight I decided to remake my FirstBus skin that I originally made for the Dansworth onto the new S3 model and I am pleased with the results. Although the mapping was weird in some places like the front end and the patch of bottom colour above the doors that I couldn't find. I presume that skins are fine to be redistributed? Since I come from a background of making reskins for train simulator where it is typically fine to distribute reskins freely provided that you're only distributing the skin files you made.

That would be the exhaust you're hearing.

I know that engine sound very well. We should sample it (with the video owners permission).
