I absolutely love this mod! As someone who owns a '23 ND Miata, driving something close to it in game is a trip lmao. As for some of my stingy gripes, the soft-top unlatches from the center, and the handles that you click to unlatch it actually are just that, handles to pull the top back and stow it away. I know why you did this, but the trunk release is near where the hood release is on the CCF.

Overall this is a fantastic mod, so many features (the auto-brake and auto-bights blew my mind! Along with being able to click stuff on the infotainment system to view the nav-map in different modes) stellar job you guys... and all for free? Your generosity and hard work is very appreciated.

 

The drift steering breaks very easily from normal drifting. No crashing or anything, just flat ground drifting and it breaks

 

I’ll list off my replies here
1. that is so minor that its quite an easy fix
2. this is unavoidable, as i modelled it to work with my camera position- itd take a stupid amount of work to fix.
3. this doesnt really matter
4. this is logically impossible as all CCFs use the same set of rear numberplates…

in 5000 miles of use this has never happened to me- it uses vivace wipers

THIS ISNT TO ANYONE IN PARTICULAR, BUT PLEASE CHECK THE KNOWN BUGS LIST BEFORE REPORTING FROM NOW ON

 

The only part I will comment about in your reply is the PC optimization, I have a 4070ti, i7-13700k, 32gb DDR5 5600MT/s, etc, and yet my FPS drops quite a bit when using the mod, but... what I found to be the issue is that when you have the parking sensors selected in the vehicle config that causes the FPS to drop (at least from what I have experienced). I reported this in the https://www.beamng.com/threads/hirochi-ccf-rework-bug-reporting.95827/unread already though so I am hoping that it can grab the mod creator's attention. Although it might just be the way the mod is and there may possibly be no fix at all for it.

Yeah I was figuring that it could not get much better than that since there is so much different things going into the mod, sorry if it bothered ya.

 

It may be, but there again people may not know how to install zipped mods.

I didnt notice an issue with the mod. you may want to try updating drivers. I dont really know what else tbh

the hood camera isnt very secure to the hood Theo Wilkinson please fix...

 

this is in order to not rigidify the bonnet
if it didnt fall off it would ruin crashes

1.Good to hear its an easy fix.
2.Fair enough, I believe I can move the seat position so will try to see if that can fix it instead
3.You asked for issues, and its right in the eyeline of the player, but I understand its very minor
4. Its an issue with the plate mod rather then the vehicle. If you don't have the a UK plate skin selected then the yellow rear plate will show a texture error. Thats why I showed the issue next to a different version of the car that spawns with the UK plate skin installed.
5.Its not that they are untidy, its that the cupholders have no way to get through the mat.

Also found another issue. the Soarin' wheels colouration is broken. The rear wheels colour will override whatever the front wheels colour is set to.


Still, minor stuff. The things a beast around track!

 

For the automatic gearbox first and second gears are changed too late in normal driving. The first gear is changed around 2700-3000 rpm and the second around 2500 rpm. I think it would be more realistic to shift to the next gear by 2000 rpm as it happens from third gear up.

 

I noticed there was an option for a retractable fastback control panel, there are controls on it and in the keybinds but they do nothing. Will a retractable top be added or is this a bug?

 

the vela will include an RF and this is preperation for it

 

First of all great mod! So much great things about it.
Things I noticed so far:

-The Stage 2 Turbo sticks out of the TIMS vented hood
-The RS front bumper breaks when it's put on (video)
-The Nomi splitter also breaks when it's put on (video).

 

I don't know if anyone has already said it, but LHD's headlight pattern is missing, there is RHD only

 

I know this is the bug reporting thread, but this is a car I cannot stop driving lol

 

You need to remove S Lower Kit under Main Body Accessory.

And don't know if this is intended or not, but paint designs are not applied to TIMS Vented Left Wing / Right Wing / Bonnet / Rear Bumper.
