Gane Not loading OR saying already running

I am having both these issues recently. I recently got a steering wheel and pedals for my PC, but it now will load nothing. I press launch and then bothing appears. If I try open BeamNG again steam will say the game is already running. Safemode doesn't do anything either. I did get an error one time about mods but It isn't that. can anyone help?

 

Long time user here. To help with my PC crashing issue, i uninstalled then reinstalled my geforce drivers and deleted and fresh installed the game (no mods) through Steam. Still crashes after selecting a level. Worked fine before the last major update.

Curious on if if missing a step. TIA
