Never mind the fact that these are city streets; the maniacal AI drivers won't even illegally overtake on the correct side of the road, instead hopping the kerbs to pass you on the right! (This is not intended as a criticism of the mapmaker since I understand this map was mostly developed as a street circuit for racing, so fine-tuning AI doesn't need to be a priority).

1 the 1050 is still capable with a bit of overclocking and settings tuning
2 the ryzen 3 assuming it's the first gen, it's still a solid cpu not high end but not bottom of the barrel
3 assuming he has the first ever 1050 and the first ever ryzen 3 the setup can't be older than 2016

oh and i forgot to add not everywhere there are sales on pc parts rn
in my country stuff like ssds, ram sticks, and most cpu and gpu are still full price

mhm same, not like i can pull £700 out of thin air as much as i want, plus i have other costs and hobbies like collage and trying to get my drivers licence, im trying to save but it just all goes to collage travel

Yea not everything is on sale that's true but like around Christmas time that's when a lot of people buy and return stuff so things go on sale from around early December to sometimes mid January but it all depends. He really should upgrade his PC, tho, fr. Like a 1050 is totally fine, I have a 1050 actually in my laptop I just use for editing photos and basic video, but if you're a serious gamer or you're really into BeamNG a 1050 is right about the lowest grade card you could buy for this game.
