Or press Ctrl+R (unless this is some special ahh case) (also, i suggest taking the jbeam and copying it to C:/users/username/appdata/local/beamng.drive/vehicles/citybus/ and then editing it to not overwrite vanilla content - even if it’s not working)

So the carbon-fiber hood doesn’t shut properly? Those are the only configurations with it, right?

Just tested this myself a minute ago, both of the carbon bonnets won't close properly.
    screenshot_2024-01-06_01-49-33.png
At least, not on their own. Pulling them the rest of the way with the node grabber (or jumping on it) does latch them and you need to pull the interior lever to open them again.
Perhaps because they're carbon, and therefore lighter, it means they don't close with enough force to latch? Both of the presumably steel bonnets close correctly.
It has nothing to do with the configurations.

So we can consider this an attention to detail? or rather a bug/error. Since the weight possibly influences the locking mechanism

Yeah, I was guessing it was the hood itself and not the configurations.

More like a minor oversight, they maybe only tested the standard hood and not the CF ones

So sorry if this counts as off-topic, but could someone tell me the file path of the “NO MATERIAL” texture starting the path at the BeamNG game folder? So BeamNG.drive/something/blahblahblah/…

I'm not sure but try going into Notepad++ and click search in files and use it to search the BeamNG directory for "no-texture" or whatever else it could be named as

"Wherever you installed the game" \ BeamNG.drive \ gameengine.zip \ core \ art \ - and then there's a few different .dds error materials here.

Does the car have a handbrake at the centre console? If not, you could just say thats the handbrake

it cant be a handbrake because theres already the button one below the shifter
unless the HUD is incorrect if so then the 4th pedal probably is a handbrake but if its an auto then idk wtf that 4th pedal is for

Developers, if 200 people change the first line of their signature to "#iseriesremaser" will you include an I-series remaster in the next updade?

This would probably be about as effective as a change.org petition.

Hi, one thing that I started noticing recently is that occasionally when a wheel is damaged part of the tire mesh will go "missing" as seen in this screenshot:
    DamageToWheelCausesPartsOfMeshToGoMissing.jpg

I have noticed it twice with an ETK 800 (using the 856xc 300 (A) configuration, though I manually removed the cladding as can be seen in the screenshot) and once with the Procyon Centauri in the last two weeks, so this is not restricted to a single car.

I think it’s meant to simulate the wheel cracking, but I’m not sure.
